Christine has extensive experience in lean business systems and industrial manufacturing and has successfully transformed, top graded, and realigned global Fortune 500, acquisition, intensive, decentralized, and desperate organizations.

Prior to her positions as VP of Global Talent Acquisition and VP of Talent & Organization Development, Christine ran a successful executive search practice for five years. She has been both architect & implementer of global talent strategies and best-in-class in talent management systems. She has a deep background in continuous improvement and lean and was trained directly by the President and CEO of Shingijutsu Ltd to drive organizational performance improvement.

Christine is an expert in executive search across a variety of industries. Her unique value in this space is that she understands the internal and external dynamics of search and has been directly involved in recruiting over 300 executives.
