After 15 years in corporate America leading global talent functions, Christine Goodson returned to her love of running a business. As a third-time entrepreneur and enterprise builder, this serial high performer makes executive search look easy.

With a more than 50,000 hours invested in developing expertise in this field, Christine is still hands-on and drives results on every project. For Titan’s clients, this has been a real game changer in executive search as Titan consistently delivers top results.

  While Christine is certainly excellent at what she does, she would be the first to admit that her relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ is the real key to her success. He always comes first. For her, everything is centered on the glory of God.

Her life and work are her mission. There is no mistaking that her authentic leadership is focused on a greater purpose.

Lisa Curtin

Lisa Curtin is a Managing Partner at Titan Talent Partners. Prior to joining Titan, Lisa was responsible for building the North American Corporate Affairs, Government, Legal, Non-Profit and Specialty Area Practices for a Top 5 Global Executive Search Firm. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that is valuable to our firm.

Lisa has led numerous Executive Search assignments in technology, medical device, healthcare, non-profit organizations and manufacturing industries.  

Lisa served on the board of Great River Greening, a non-profit dedicated to leading and supporting community-based restoration of natural areas and she continues to support that organization. In 2004, Lisa launched the Ireland Chamber of Commerce USA-MN Chapter and currently presides over the MN Chapter. Lisa is actively involved in the Wildlife Rehabilitation Hospital and serves as a board advisor to the Children’s Program of Northern Ireland. 

Trina Erdtmann

Trina Erdtmann is a Managing Partner at Titan Talent Partners. She first discovered her passion for talent acquisition in 2011 at a global staffing agency. She has since grown her career leading talent acquisition operations, teams and executive searches for Fortune 500 corporations and most recently, at a PE-backed healthcare organization.

Over the last 10+ years, Trina’s focus has been to drive efficient TA processes, elevate candidate and hiring manager experiences, and build productive and effective recruiting teams. She is most passionate about strategic candidate engagement and creating positive, successful, and memorable experiences for her candidates and clients.

When she isn’t seeking top talent or driving TA strategy, Trina is on her Peloton, playing catch with her Irish Doodle, Rory, or sneaking snuggles and giggles with her husband, Nate and her two children, Beckham and Kaia.

In 2018, Trina pursued a long-time dream of moving to Nashville, TN where she and her family currently reside. Prior to that, she spent 14 years in Washington, DC. She graduated from American University in 2007 with a BA in Public Communications.

Megan Sears

Megan Sears is the Managing Partner at Titan Talent Partners. With 20 years of experience, Megan is a dedicated human capital expert who has partnered with private equity firms, Fortune 500 companies, recent IPOs, emerging/entrepreneurial companies, family offices, and rapidly growing venture-backed entities. She is committed to building organizations by implementing creative strategies for recruiting exceptional talent and promoting diversity.


Before joining Titan Talent Partners, Megan spent 15 years with a premier retained firm, serving as a Partner. In this role, she led domestic and international searches across various industries and supported all aspects of the firm’s internal operations. Megan most recently held the position of Chief Growth Officer at a Washington, DC-based executive search firm.


Megan lives in the DC metro area with her husband, two boys, and their golden retriever. She is actively involved with several mission-driven organizations and is passionate about her church community. In her spare time, Megan enjoys cooking and playing golf.

Lee Covelli

Lee Covelli is the Director of Executive Search at Titan Talent Partners, bringing over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition across a wide range of industries, including Fortune 500 companies.

Lee has a proven track record of building and scaling talent acquisition teams, starting her career with a global staffing agency before transitioning to corporate-level talent strategy. Over the years, she has successfully led hiring initiatives at all levels, from hourly roles to C-suite executives. Lee is known for her passion and commitment to delivering a positive and personalized experience for every candidate.


Based in Charlotte, NC, Lee enjoys life with her three children and two Labrador retrievers. When she’s not cheering on her kids at weekend sports events, she loves hosting gatherings for friends and family. Her happy place is by the water, whether at the beach or on the lake.

Building Homes & Churches

This year Titan Talent Partners help rebuild churches and homes in Malawi Africa after the prior structures was lost in a devastating cyclone in 2021.

Missions Focused

CEO, Christine Goodson, spends two weeks on the mission field each year sharing the gospel in partnership with her home church, HOPE Baptist.

Supporting Orphans
