Chief HR Officer

We need a CHRO for a $1B company in the Southeast. Must have a track record of success in the industial sector, especially in talent management. Will have a small central team and will need to effectively drive functional excellence in the matrix of human resources talent. Company is highly aquisitive and looking for strong change manager. The role reports to the CEO.

Senior Director Cyber Security

This position will report to the chief information officer of a high tech $3B engineering company in the Northeast. Must have presented to the board of directors and worked with the executive team on the overall company information security strategy. This role requires an ambitious, goal oriented, strategic leader with technical savvy to lead this core function.

Chief Financial Officer

Reporting to the president of a private equity held industrial company with $750M in revenue. This position will lead a direct the accounting and finance function for a growing company in the electrical manufacturing industry. Experience leading or managing a global ERP (SAP preferred) is required. Must have prior PE and acquisition experience.

Dir. of Business Development

We need a solid Business to Business sales leader for a rapidly growing software company in Charlotte, NC. Must have experience researching market trends, targeting/cultivating relationships, and creating a book of business. Must have a proven methodology to business development, particularly in the Banking/Finance arena.  

Commercial General Manager

This GM will report to a business unit president of a mid-cap private equity company in Chicago. Must have experience setting global product strategy, product roadmap, and driving the results for growth. Power and enegy experience is a plus.

Chief Operations Officer

This COO will report to the CEO in New York City. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience within a manufacturing industry with an engineering background. Needs to have business and management expertise within a lean quality driven company.

Chief Supply Chain Officer

This CSCO reports to the CEO and oversees the corporate supply chain function, including: the materials management and logistics and warehouse distribution. Experience in automation, value analysis, purchasing, and distribution is needed.

Chief Information Officer

This CIO reports to the COO for a multi-trillion dollar asset bank in the midwest. Must have experience in banking or mortgages. Driving change in this growing bank is key, experience off-shoring, in-sourcing, leading talent to higher levels of performance is key.
