Titan Talent Partners is pleased to welcome Lyndsey Taylor as Managing Partner. Lyndsey brings more than 20 years of experience across global Talent and HR leadership, combining a foundation in executive search with firsthand experience of building teams, strengthening organisational capability and leading transformation within multinational businesses.
Lyndsey began her career in executive search before moving into senior leadership roles within global organisations. Her experience includes workforce strategy, organisational design, leadership development and talent management, as well as transformation across HR operations, technology and shared services. She has led teams and initiatives across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific, helping businesses navigate growth, restructuring and change.
Executive search has remained a consistent thread throughout her career. Alongside her broader Talent and HR responsibilities, Lyndsey has continued to lead executive search and senior leadership appointments from within global businesses, giving her firsthand insight into both hiring decisions and the impact those leaders make long after they join.
At Titan, Lyndsey will draw on that breadth to help clients define what they need from a senior appointment, understand the environment a leader will enter and identify the capabilities needed to succeed. Having held responsibility for both talent decisions and the organisational changes surrounding them, she understands how closely leadership, culture and business performance are connected.
“Executive search is where I started my career, and it has remained an important part of every role I’ve held,” said Lyndsey. “Working inside global organisations has deepened my understanding of what a business needs from a leader, what they are being asked to deliver and whether the conditions are there for them to succeed. The appointment is especially meaningful, building on a relationship spanning 16 years. Lyndsey and Titan founder Christine Goodson have worked together at different stages of their careers, developing the trust and mutual respect that underpin this next chapter.
“I’ve known Christine for 16 years, and there is no one I trust more as a professional partner,” Lyndsey said. “I value her judgment, and I’ve been impressed by the experience of the team she has built. The move also follows a period of personal reflection. After losing her mother and navigating a significant health experience of her own, Lyndsey took time to consider what she wanted from the next chapter of her life and career. As she enters the second year of her master’s studies in Human Resource Management and raises her eight-year-old son, she brings a clear sense of purpose to the decision.
“That period helped me become clearer about what matters to me,” Lyndsey said. “I want to do work that challenges me, makes a useful contribution and is grounded in relationships I value. Titan gives me the opportunity to bring my experience to that work, continue learning and be present for my family.”
Lyndsey’s appointment strengthens Titan’s ability to advise clients on senior hiring in the context of wider business and organisational needs. Her experience brings insight into both selecting a leader and what it takes for that appointment to succeed.
